CPT Joe Ocasio is a lifelong athlete who has spent nearly a decade in the fitness industry. His experience level is vast, as he has worked with clients of all ages with different personal goals and has provided safe, challenging programs based on his clients’ specific needs. This is not a “one size fits all” workout. These are workouts made for YOU, programmed by an elite professional that will lead you to the results you have been looking for!
In a one-hour-long session, your goals will be discussed thoroughly with Joe and he will provide you with a customized workout program designed to meet your individual goals! This option is great for those who do have very specific goals, for those who might have any chronic injuries, or for those who simply prefer to have Joe’s undivided attention!
Private, small group training & Open group
Private, small group training is almost identical to the one-on-one training option, except you and a party of your choosing would workout at the same time! It’s very important to note that this option is still very specific to your individual goals. This means, if you and the person(s) you’re with have different goals, you would be doing different workouts simultaneously! Great option for those who like to workout in a small group but still want more focused attention and fully customized workouts!
Open Group is Joe’s workout of the day! These workouts are all programmed by Joe with an area of focus for the day. There is a unique blend of cardiovascular and resistance training all broken into different stations and conducted circuit style! This is the most affordable option. It is important to note that, even though the workout is preprogrammed, Joe can still modify these workouts for any person of any skill level! Great option if you like working out in bigger groups!
